Firefox Google Toolbar
Clip Man
Boo.. long time no post, eh?  Well I decided to try to make a post a day.. it probably won't stick but.. ::shrug::

Anyway.  I tried out the new Google Toolbar for Firefox, but to be honest, it only has one feature I really like, the spellcheck.

I've been using Spellbound for spellchecking inside Firefox for a while now, but the Google spellcheck is sweet.  I'm sorta hoping that someone might strip it out of the Toolbar and make it a separate extension.  Since the Google Suggest extension doesn't affect the Google Toolbar, only the built in search (what were they thinking of when they did that!?), I'd be much happier with the Google Suggest extension and a new Google Spellcheck extension and uninstall the toolbar.

I poked around a bit in the source and I love the sense of humor some of the Google devs have.  Check out these lines of source:

var GPR_HASH_SEED = "Mining PageRank is AGAINST GOOGLE'S TERMS OF SERVICE. Yes, I'm talking to you, scammer.";

var kindOfThingAnIdiotWouldHaveOnHisLuggage = 16909125;
