For a while now, I've had a userContent.css that defined some alternate cursors for certain types of links so I could tell at a glance what would happen when I clicked a link.  The type of stuff I am interested in knowing is if a link will open in a new window or if it targets a specific window/frame, or if the link has JavaScript behind it.

As of the Firefox 1.5 beta, you can now specify an URI to a cursor image to display in addition to just the special keywords.

This, in combination with a data: or resource: URI allows me to have my own funky poorly drawn cursors to indicate what is going on.
